The changing seasons are something of a paradox this year. Usually as the weather cools and the sun rises earlier and sets later as we turn the clocks back, my body, heart, brain and soul follow suit.

Not this year.

Everything seems clearer, more vibrant. It feels like the fluidity of Time is changing, the Cosmic Clock’s jeweled mechanisms re-synchronizing so its hands spin faster, churning space inside and out.

Today’s most essential exercise?

To intentionally breathe.
